The Assessor functions as part of the New York State Office of Real Property Services. He/she assures residents in the Town of Lee that NYS ORPS information is correct for our Town.

The Assessor is responsible for maintaining the tax roll for the Town of Lee. Through periodic updates of valuation and inventory data, the Assessor attempts to balance the real property tax burden on Town of Lee residents, assuring fair distribution of the burden.
